Born and bred in NC, Georgia Brown is a dedicated real estate professional, prioritizing her clients' needs, offering strategic guidance, and making a commitment to clear communication. As a Real Estate Agent for 20 years, she has worked in Eastern NC, spending time getting to know the areas she services and staying up to date on them. Whether working with first-time home buyers, growing families, or seasoned investors, Georgia approaches each relationship with integrity and responsiveness. After graduating from UNC, she worked with the Dept of Defense Schools in South Korea, where she met her husband. They were assigned to four other countries and returned to the DC area in 2001. In 2004, they moved to Beaufort County, NC. Often rewarded with service awards, Georgia has strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to all challenges. She participates in community activities and enjoys getting to know her clients.
