I have been a full time REALTOR®/Broker since 1986. Being born and raised in the Greenville/Pitt County area gives me in depth knowledge of the area’s housing opportunities, developments, businesses, and resources. I work with my wife, Mary Lou Cherry, as the Cherry Connection on the Rudy Schulte Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Prime Properties (of which we are co-owners). Together we bring over 58 year’s combined experience to serve you. My specialty is working with home buyers. I help you through the whole buying process from finding the perfect home, finding lenders with loan programs to meet your needs, home inspections, home owner’s insurance, to closing and delivering the keys to your new home.
