About John Vance, REALTOR®… John grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to the South Shore in Massachusetts when he was 12 years old. He attended Bridgewater State University where he majored in Finance and Accounting with a concentration in accounting, John uses his education and analytical skills to counsel clients in making carefully considered investments. John’s motto is “relationships over transactions”. He prides himself on building relationships that last well beyond the close date. John aims to under promise but over deliver and simplify the buying and selling process.
